APS-FELASOFI

Agreement for reciprocal membership privileges between the American Physical Society and the Federación Latinoamericana de Sociedades de Física

The American Physical Society (hereafter APS) agrees to extend reciprocal membership priveleges as defined below to individual members of the Federación Latinoamericana de Socieades de Física (hereafter FELASOFI), and the FELASOFI agrees to extended reciprocal membership privileges as defined below to individual members of the APS.

1) Members of the FELASOFI may submit papers to APS meetings with the same privileges and limitations as APS membes;
2) FELASOFI members may register at APS meetings at member rates; and
3) FELASOFI members may subscribe to APS journals at the same rates as members of other member societies of the American Institute of Physics (AIP).

Conversely,

1) Members of the APS may submit papers to APS meetings with the same privileges and limitations as FELASOFI membes;
2) AFA members may register at FELASOFI meetings at member rates; and
3) AFA members may subscribe to FELASOFI journals at the same rates as members of other member societies of the American Institute of Physics (AIP).

This agreement shall remain in effect for a minimum of two years following the later of the two dates, after which time the terms of the agreement may be reviewed, renegotiated, renewed or terminated if either FELASOFI or APS so desires
